Single Origins...mmmm...But, no, not really. One of our hoppers busted which leaves us with one grinder for Element. We've gotten our hands on some fresh meat, thus training with Element seems prudent considering that's what we primarily use...would be nice to branch out a bit though...sigh....some day....

So that explains it. I was thinking...what a coincidence...Brasilian name that rhymes with "barista." We have cousins from Brasilia that live in Mountainview, off El Camino. It's a small community, so it wouldn't have been surprising if you knew them. Last time in, 3 mos. ago (?), Chris sold me some SO Ethiopian Ghimbi; which I totally enjoyed. Pls let him know.

I've had some crazy last minute changes in the last few weeks and I'm moving to Bellingham, WA on the 2nd.
