I wish to continue to keep abreast with in the industry and share what I have learned with our customers to keep them on top and in business. We support the independent cafe owner in all areas of the industry. I love to share and learn from other experts.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?: Any relating to coffee and gelato. My first choice would be Italy.

I live in a little town called Darlington, its at the bottom of county Durham, right up north, a good 450km from London! Not exactly the cultural hub of the coffee world, but I hope I am doing my bit to combat that!

Yes there is a coffee show coming to Minneapolis soon. It's the big kahoona of all coffee shows! The SCAA show will be here on May 2-5. Go to www.scaa.org to register and for further info.

I will get a unit to you pretty soon. We have formulated all our comments back from our beta users and we are redesigning the product in the next 12 weeks. We are trying to be extra careful after Handpresso came out with a product that is very similar to what we have on our webpage. Unfortunately, not everyone operates like the song One Night in Bagkok, “I only kick above the beltline baby.” Thankfully, the 5 claims that we have on our patent have not been revealed, and handpresso only was able to have a design that matched ours.
