Any and all...but South Africa would be nice.
About Me:
I'm a coffee loving, micro-brew drinking, music craving, golfing machine.
About My Company:
Dallis Bros. Coffee was the New York original. Since 1913, it has provided phenomenal Single Origin coffees to the New York area and beyond. Dallis Bros. has set the precedent for many of current specialty coffee standards over the years.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Mr. Swenson sir - how are ya? Nice to see a BCCC company guy online. We are doing well here in Linden - cool mornings are in the air with many cold-weather regulars popping in - things are picking up - even in the county with the highest unemployment (over 12-percent) in the state with the highest unemployment in the country - don't let the Man take thy cup away! - regards - Danno
everone seems to be a consultant Seems like the "in" thing what real experience do you have?
Consultant to me means at least 2 decades of all phases of the coffee industry
I am not offended sometimes I come off all business I am from the "old school" coffee and there are not many of us left with the passing of Peet and Illy. I am pleased that the next generation like yourself have the passion to carry it on.
Thanks for the congrats! I was nice to win but I was surprised that there were not more competitors. It is too bad that the baristas in indy don't get an opportunity thowdowns or at least schmoozing.

If you ever would like to come down for the weekend...lemme know...we can stun them with velvet. Talk soon.
Good to meet you too. I hope you had fun teaching that class, didn't get a chance to catch up with you afterward. I'll def. stop in next time I'm in IN... probably this summer.
