I started out pulling shots in the first Bear Creek Coffee drive thru shop in 2000. I have held several positions since, including district manager, distribution manager, trainer, roaster, owner of Evans & King Coffee Roasters, President of Bear Creek Coffee, and Director of Swensonian Coffee Professionals. I am now the Northeast Coffee consultant for Dallis Brothers Coffee based out of New York. I volunteer regularly for the Specialty Coffee Association of America and I am a certified Lead Instructor for the SCAA, certified SCAA Cupping Judge and a licensed Q grader with the CQI.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Any and all...but South Africa would be nice.

We are doing well here in Linden - cool mornings are in the air with many cold-weather regulars popping in - things are picking up - even in the county with the highest unemployment (over 12-percent) in the state with the highest unemployment in the country - don't let the Man take thy cup away! - regards - Danno

    I am not offended sometimes I come off all business I am from the "old school" coffee and there are not many of us left with the passing of Peet and Illy. I am pleased that the next generation like yourself have the passion to carry it on.

    Thanks for the congrats! I was nice to win but I was surprised that there were not more competitors. It is too bad that the baristas in indy don't get an opportunity thowdowns or at least schmoozing.

    I think we have brought some members of the community out of their respective holes.
