About Me:
working at the cafe was my 2nd job since moving to LA from the philippines.. and even though i wasn't much of a coffee drinker then, i knew i had a passion for making it. now that we're learning more, and seeing how passionate (and awesome!) everyone is in this industry, i know i've found what i want to do and where i belong!

i love music, lomography, my car (MINI) and making lattes. im happy to have finally found a couple passions in my life. :)
About My Company:
we are located in hollywood, right by the walk of fame.. we've served coffee ALL WRONG for the past 7 years since i started working there (but amazingly still have our loyal clientele!).. i've only been managing for a year now and we are VERY EAGER to learn everything we possibly can about this industry!

    you should talk to Matt Milletto the guy who started the site. They have amazing tools and materials in order to help your business. Its all you ever wanted to know about running a successful coffee bar complete with training materials the whole 9. I wish I met them earlier in my career as they have provided me with a tremendous amount of support materials and programs which are going to hugely benefit my clients (people like you).     Bali would suit, pop down for a visit sometime. We can sure do with some skilled barista over this way, and the sand on Kuta Beach is white and warm all year around
