I have a shop with top quality equipment. La Marzocco Gb/5 2 group SJ grinder. I am trying to bring microfoam to podunksville. We also use the Toper 2K roaster and will start creating coffee blends in no time. That is still in the learning phase.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I would not be up for travel but my Barista might be.

    Hi Bwynn,
    Just an FYI - I saw you said you were going to be working with Coffee Shop Manager. In one of the credit card posts, you mentioned that because you were going with them, you had to go with PPI. I'm pretty sure that CSM uses PC Charge for the processing software - If so, that will work with virtually any credit card company out there. They probably recommend PPI because PPI will supply, free of charge, the software. PPI is a good recommendation (we refer them for our POS Software). You might want to check with Lee of one of the guys at CSM on if you can use a different processor if you want.
