Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I have the privilege of working with all the wonderful shop owners and baristas. I would love to learn some skills and have been more active in volunteering with SCAA to educate myself.

About Me:

I am a mom and wife and have a very busy schedule keeping up with it all. I love going to the trade shows and meeting our awesome customers as well as everyone that works in the coffee industry. I couldn't imagine a better environment to work in! :)

About My Company:

I work for WEBbeams. We are a Wi-Fi service provider that started working with the coffee industry about 8 years ago. Our service offers a way for coffee shop owners to provide free, secure and reliable Wi-Fi to their customers and also giving their customers the chance to purchase roaming subscriptions and generate some extra revenues for their store. In just the two years I have worked for WEBbeams, I have seen the industry take different directions in what coffee shop owners need to provide to keep their customers coming back for more. It's a very exciting time for the coffee industry and we are fortunate to be a part of it!

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

All the wonderful people that really pull together like a family to get things done.
