My wife and I have been coffee shop manager's for Parkside Coffeehouse in Lenexa, KS [a non-profit, full-service coffee shop] since 2005, and purchased Black Dog Coffeehouse in Lenexa, KS in 2008. We also operate a coffee consulting and catering company, and are now Nuova Simonelli-certified dealers.
