About Me:
Formerly a home barista and home roaster. And have been a serious coffee enthusiast since the early 1980's. Was given an opportunity be a part time roaster and barista in 2003 and have been roasting about 700 to 800 pounds per week on a Sivetz ever since. Currently have a Diedrich IR-3 and some commercial space poised to launch my own roasting operation but still not open. In my "day job" I am a sales Engineer for a Network Access hardware manufacturer. Am also a film buff, travel nut, scuba diver, food enthusiast and avid reader.
