Hello, i am Jean!

Once a barista , now a Forex trader. But i still need my cuppa coffee or latte to start my daily trading.

About Me:
I HEART a double shot espresso in the day. Occasionally i would extract my cafe latte with ground coffee beans, honey powder and vanilla beans for some extra oomph and laced with micro foamed fresh milk.

My perfect cuppa would be a "Stylo Mylo" -
A double shot espresso (70% Arabica & 30% Robusta), chocolate extract, milk, grab some ice and a pinch of xanthan gum- Blend!

Hi Jean are you planning to move to Adelaide is it just a visit? It is very hard to find a roaster in Adelaide who will share roasting techniques with anyone, however The coffee Barun on main north rd might be able to help you out.

Actually I am a barista trainer who provide barista training in Penang. You can’t find any roasting course in Malaysia.
