I would like to share some ideas on specialty drinks with you. But first, I would
like to learn more about the detailed preparation your specialty drinks,
and how you decide on the quantity of each syrup used. Can you share any
common standards that you use, scientific or not. Also what is the main
difference between a specialty drink and a signature drink, from your point
of view.
