I would like to know your 3 Favorite drinks, whether it's the method you prepare it, the way you roast it, or the actual bean, be specific as possible.**warning**More difficult than I thought, If my 3 fav change..Blame it on the coffee!!! Just really wanna know what people drink and why???
1.Ethiopian Yergacheffe Prepared Traditionally~ It's simple yet the ceremony is complex makes for a wonderful experience.
2.My Specialty Phoenix Blend Espresso (QuaD)~A Blend Of Colombian and Ethiopian Beans Roasted to my Tune~I'd like to call it perfect Harmony :-) **too many notes to note**:-)
3.Batdorf Dancing Goats & Intelligentsia Black Cat ~ These Guys in my Opinion Know their coffee, only reason they are 3rd and I'm second is I took the time to Master mine to my liking
