Dude! I am in the motherland at the factory. I return tomorrow. I wanted to have a cool pic but I guess this is not possible. Are we allowed to bring Vitamin "R" for cupping on Fridays?
  • Bill Crossland

No Il Latini this time. Mr Latini died while we were there so it was a bit subdued. We did have some good purple stuff however.
  • Bill Crossland

I am out sick today but should be there later this week. Would love to see ya.
Jacob is in the office all week.

Hey Scott - great to see you here! I miss talking to you at ESI - doesn't seem quite the same as Franke and most of the old crew appears to be gone. Such is life. I may get out to Seattle either July 4th or Labor Day - will look you up at the shop if I do.
  • Moto-Espresso Coffee Carts

Scott! Yo - it's your coffee friend, Becki, from Rose's. Well, I am in Alaska. But, I am excited to see you on here. How is life? Eating any porchettos lately?
  • Becki Klauss

I will be back on island in the end of September, touch and go. And then I will be back for the winter at the end of October. And I will take up residence at Rose's for the third winter. My coffee gig is great. It is my seventh summer here, and it gets better every time. Hi to Amy - cyber crack atcha. Happy anniversary - how many is this? Take care.

    you're nice.
Things are great. I just got to Washington DC and so far so good. I am here in Atlanta now for SCAA committee meetings. This time there was real progress and a feeling of rebirth.
Hope to be back in Seattle soon. I'll stay in touch!
  • Alex Negranza

    Hey Scott!

Coming to the cupping on Sunday??
  • )on Lewis

Shamefully, I haven't been to (haven't found) Herkimer in my past few Seattle pilgrimages. But I had a great taste of your espresso at the Synesso booth at Coffeefest and recently cupped your Sumatra here at Java - good stuff.

See you down the road... or river.
  • Becki Klauss

Hey Mr. Coffee, I'm back at Rose's. I'll call you on the porchetto phone if I hear work of it's return, otherwise, you and Amy come and linger. And I would love to do coffee things (cupping, roasting) if you have some up and coming in the near future. :)
  • boswell

The new digs are coming along slowly, but building. I thought there was a cupping of some really good Latin American coffees last week. Could be wrong. Wished I could have been there to hang out with ya.

Maybe I'll get to see you this coming week I have a new barista that I am working with and am showing her the hotspots too.
