I am a fully trained barista, though I have no skill in latte art. My main training is as a coffee scientist. I know about every aspect of coffee from growing to cupping. I've trained cuppers before and am proficient in cupping as well.

I'm a coffee scientist and consultant. I am devoted to coffee coffee quality and pursue it relentlessly. My (coffee) hobby is my profession. My regular hobbies are bridge, salsa dancing, reading, juggling and cooking.
