Milestone 2375.09
Our little company hit a milestone today. For the first time over one Ton of greens delivered in one day, 2375.09lb. Up from previous high of 1845.1lb delivered less than six weeks ago. (ok, not much less, 5 weeks 4 days:) I been a roastin' fool on my little USRC 3k!

Exciting and almost scary. Busted open one of those 6 bags of Moreninha Tuesday. Today two days later there's 11lb left of the bag!
Of course was roasting my butt off stocking retail shelves this week since the biggest week of the year for bean sales for our three coffeehouses, plus a few wholesale customers. Our biggest location in Beaverton after stocking the shelves Monday to the max with ~80 retail bags-o-beans, had to bring another 61 bags over this morning two days later, boo-hoo! I mean geeze, didn't anticipate $752 in retail bag sales in 3 days, more than double last year under previous ownership. And won't cry if I have to run some more over tomorrow:) But doubt I'll need to...be nice but realistically doubt it. I did go nuts with stock level for today and tomorrow 'til 2pm.
