One of the highlights of my time here in Savannah has been the pleasure of being a member of the Savannah Philharmonic Chorus. On Friday, Oct. 2 the chorus along with the Savannah philharmonic orchestra will be putting on a performance of Verdi’s Requiem.

In hopes of encouraging people to attend the concert, Cup to Cup Coffee Roasters is offering a discount to anyone who purchases a ticket to the Requiem. So, our normal price of $12 a pound will drop to $10 for anyone who buys a ticket. We’re going to do this by the honor system since there’s not a easy way to discern who has and hasn’t bought a ticket. Just give us a call (912-856-5866) or contact us through the website when you’re ready to make an order, mention you have a ticket for the performance, and you’ll get your discount. So if you buy say ten pounds of coffee (a good round number) your cost will be $100 instead of $120. What a deal! We’ll even keep this offer going for one week after the concert.
